Ingredients

lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips

pouch (8 oz) Old El Paso™ Mexican cooking sauce roasted tomato

Old El Paso™ Taco Boats™ Soft Flour Tortillas

Toppings

1/2
cup shredded lettuce
1/2
cup sour cream
diced tomatoes (if desired)

Directions

  1. 1 In 10-inch skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Cook chicken in oil about 4 minutes or until lightly browned.
  2. 2 Add cooking sauce. Reduce heat; simmer uncovered about 8 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center.
  3. 3 Meanwhile, heat tortillas as directed on package. Spoon chicken mixture into tortillas. Add Toppings.
