My mom and I made this great appetizer for Christmas Eve and everyone loved it!! The platter was empty in no time! We actually roasted our own red peppers and used mozarella shredded cheese instead and also left some of them plain for those who don't like cheese or like my mom and myself, who are lactose intolerant.
Try it you'll love them!!!
