We have always used the packaged wafer sliced meat, pastrami and corned beef are our favorites! Have not tried it with the horseradish, but I plan to soon!

This has been a 'sure thing' for pot lucks for over 20 years. My recipe was without the chive and onion cream cheese which I look forward to trying. Thx for an excellant idea to add alittle zip!
