This was the most delicious roast beef sandwich that I have ever had. It is so easy to fix. Melissa did a fantastic job with this recipe. I am sure I will make these sandwiches many times in the future. Thanks Melissa for your creativeness.

I thought that this recipe was going to be good because I love french dips, but I really didn't think it was going to be amazing!!! It was sooooo good. I had my in laws over and served them this dish and they couldn't get enough of it. It has a ton of flavor and not things I would have ever thought to put together. Way to go with this one. I have tried five other recipes on this list and this is my favorite so far.

AWESOME!!! The chipotle peppers added an amazing flavor and kick! I don't normally like blue cheese but in this sandwich I thought I had to try it and amazingly I liked it - the flavors of this sandwich blend so well and give an amazing twist to a roast beef sandwich.

This sandwich is fantastic. Has a great taste and unique little bite to it with the Chipotle Mayo. Will definately be making it again for my family. Thanks for sharing.

This is going down as one of my favorite roast beef sandwiches of all time. I did make it a little lighter by sauteeing the onions with cooking spray instead of oil and butter and I used light mayo. Very tasty!!!
