Ingredients

cup uncooked regular long-grain white rice

cups boiling water

tablespoon vegetable or chicken bouillon granules

teaspoons chopped fresh or 1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram leaves

medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup)

can (15 oz) Progresso™ dark red kidney beans, undrained

box (9 oz) Green Giant™ frozen baby lima beans, thawed, drained

cup shredded Cheddar cheese (2 oz)

Directions

  1. 1 Heat oven to 350°F. In ungreased 2-quart casserole, mix all ingredients except cheese.
  2. 2 Cover; bake 1 hour to 1 hour 5 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Stir; sprinkle with cheese.
