cups sliced fresh or frozen rhubarb

cup sugar

cup water

pint (2 cups) fresh strawberries, sliced

Directions

  1. 1 In medium saucepan, combine rhubarb, sugar and water; mix well. Bring toa boil. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 5 minutes.
  2. 2 Stir in strawberries. Cook 1 minute. Serve warm or cool.
