Ingredients

1: box of Pillsbury Golden Butter recipe cake mix

4: cups of Rhubarb

2/3: c sugar

20: large mashmellows

1/4: cup water

3: table spoons of butter-melted

2/3: cup of walnuts- optional

: strawberries- optional

Directions

1 Mix cake as stated on the box put cake mix into a 9x 13 greased pan bake at 350 degrees for 15-18 minutes
2 Cut up Rhubarb and place into sauce pan
3 Put water into pan heat on medium
4 place mashmellows into pan and place butter in as well. Stir unto smooth
5 After cake has bake for 15 minuted or so pull it out and pour rhubarb mixture over the 1/2 bake cake. Sprikle nuts over the cake
6 Bake for 20 more minutes. serve with strawberries and ice cream
