I made these the other day, I thought they were very good. I actually dipped them in the Thousand Island dressing. I shared them with family at a barbaque and everyone liked them.

Polish or brats work best. We prefer to wrap these in flaky buttermilk biscuits that have been rolled out. Crescents seem too sweet for our taste. Fun recipe our whole family enjoys during football games.

I have used the big & flaky large crescent rolls in the past when making crescent dogs so I did that again. Also made this with all beef hot dogs (we prefer them). It was a nice change from the usual crescent dogs but my family will eat just about anything. No picky eater's... :)
