Reuben Dip with Baguette Chips

Enjoy this cheesy dip that made with beef and sauerkraut – a tasty appetizer served with Pillsbury® baguette chips.

Ingredients

cup shredded Swiss cheese (4 oz)

cup Thousand Island dressing

package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

jar (2.25 oz) dried beef, finely chopped (about 3/4 cup)

can (8 oz) sauerkraut, rinsed, drained and chopped

bags (7 oz each) Pillsbury™ Cheddar sun-dried tomato baguette chips
  • 1 In large microwavable bowl, mix all ingredients except baguette chips.
  • 2 Cover and microwave on High 4 to 6 minutes or until cheese is melted and dip is hot.
  • 3 Spoon dip into serving bowl. Serve with baguette chips.
