Very good, but do have to agree with Chelsea951 alittle more sauerkraut than some people like but some people love sauerkraut alot like my Husband. So I make two and both of us are HAPPY Eaters at the end of Dinner. :))

We liked the recipe but I would use less sauerkraut next time.

This is a very good dish, and I've made it many times. The recipe originated from the Pampered Chef cookbook for their Reuben braid.
