Refrigerated Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 (21-oz.) can peach pie filling
  • 1 (20-oz.) can pineapple chunks in unsweetened juice, drained
  • 1 (11-oz.) can mandarin orange segments, drained
  • 1 cup seedless red grapes, halved, or 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows
  • 2 bananas, sliced

    In large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Cover; refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.

  • Use firm bananas, not soft or overripe bananas. Firmer bananas will maintain their shape and color longer.
  • Apricot pie filling is just as delicious as peach.
  • This recipe is great for camping because it holds up well for several days in the cooler.
