Too much effort for the results. Taste is just okay, not delicious. Just a sugar cookie with a bit of a cream cheese tang. Red velvet (cocoa) portion not a prominent flavor. Wouldn't make again. Too many other choices that eat up less time and taste so much better.

These were the hit of the tastebuds at our Annual Cookie Marathon. Unflavored dental floss works perfectly for cutting the slices without smashing the dough.
