Heat grill. In small bowl, combine all ingredients except oil and chicken; mix until well blended. Spoon 1/4 teaspoon oil over each side of chicken. With fingers, rub spice mixture evenly over all sides of chicken.
When ready to grill, place chicken on gas grill over medium heat or on charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches from medium coals. Cook 10 to 12 minutes or until chicken is fork-tender and juices run clear, turning once.
