teaspoon dried thyme leaves

teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne)

teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil

boneless skinless chicken breast halves

Directions

  1. 1 Heat grill. In small bowl, combine all ingredients except oil and chicken; mix until well blended. Spoon 1/4 teaspoon oil over each side of chicken. With fingers, rub spice mixture evenly over all sides of chicken.
  2. 2 When ready to grill, place chicken on gas grill over medium heat or on charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches from medium coals. Cook 10 to 12 minutes or until chicken is fork-tender and juices run clear, turning once.
