Salad was very tasty - took it to dinner at a friend's house and they liked it too. I subsituted pecans for the walnuts and used a bottled raspberry pecan vinaigrette dressing. I was concerned the apple chunks would brown before the salad was served so I put them in a container with the dressing and combined with the salad greens and other items at serving time. Excellent, and a great starter for our Thanksgiving meal.

wonderful and so easy! I made it for company and was asked for the recipe. She called to say that she made it for friends and it was a hit.
