I made these twice,hoping the second batch would turn out better than the first.Well they didnt.Hard to roll,kept sticking and didnt cut well.They tasted ok and didnt look that appealing.

Cookies very hard to roll into a log. After chilling, they fall apart when cutting them and resemble more of a flower then a pinwheel. Also, takes way longer to bake then stated in recipe. Still tasty
