Red and Green Cabbage Slaw

Here’s a great slaw recipe using red and green cabbage – side dish ready in just 15 minutes!

Ingredients

Dressing

cup mayonnaise (do not use salad dressing)

teaspoons sugar

teaspoons cider vinegar

Slaw

cups shredded green cabbage

cup shredded red cabbage

cup shredded carrot

cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 In large bowl, mix all dressing ingredients until well blended.
  • 2 Add slaw ingredients to dressing; toss lightly until evenly coated. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate up to 2 hours.
