Can I open the breadsticks and bake them later?

After you open the can, you can cover the dough with plastic wrap and refrigerate it up to two hours before baking.
Yummy Garlic Bread!
Place the Crusty French Loaf, seam side down, on a greased cookie sheet. With a sharp knife, cut four or five diagonal slashes, ½ inch deep, on top of dough. Mix one tablespoon melted butter with ¼ teaspoon garlic salt in small bowl. Brush over dough. Bake at 350° F. for 26 to 30 minutes or until deep golden brown.  Remove from cookie sheet and cool 5 minutes. Slice with serrated knife.
