• For easiest handling, refrigerate the dough until ready to use. Warm dough may become sticky and hard to handle
• Preheat the oven for 10 minutes before baking.
• When topping casseroles, be sure the filling is hot before adding the biscuit dough. This will ensure the dough bakes up into a light fluffy biscuit.
• With crusts or other recipes in which the biscuit dough is used to line the pan, overlap the dough edges slightly and press gently to seal them.
