I stumbled across this recipe recently and planned it for a weeknight dinner. Sunday night after decorating the tree I needed something quick and easy to make so I decided to make this, I served it with a Caesar salad, my husband loved it. Not only was it delicious, it was quick, easy and didn't break the budget! This will definitely be in the rotation!
