I love this casserole! It is one of my new favorites for the recipe book. It got rave reviews by everyone in my household. I added in some yellow squash, kalamata olives, and parmesan cheese for some extra Italian flavor. Will definitely be making this again... I have a feeling it will be very soon :)

I really love this dish, I have made it several times. It is super easy to make and it makes excellent leftovers. I just skip the mushrooms because I dont like them but still tastes great.

I made this with cheese ravioli and it was a great meal. It re-heated well and made for great leftovers.

Very easy to make and the kids loved it. I served it with some cheese bread and had a happy crew. I will make this one again.

I love to try new dishes. This recipe was easy to prepare and when my teanage sons could smell the wonderful aroma coming from the kitchen they knew that there was a great meal ahead. With this casserole you have all of your food groups in it (except fruit) and it is very tasty and filling. I do like to experiment with recipes and sometimes they don''t turn out but I tweaked this one just a bit. I added some black olives because they are a favorite addition in some recipes. I also through in some sliced pepperoni to spice it up a little. This casserole disappeared fast. Even my picky husband really enjoyed it. He did ask me why I didn''t put in green olives. He likes green olives more. Maybe I will try that next time. I will definitely use this recipe again. Thanks for the new dish.
