boxes Pillsbury Toaster Strudels, Raspberry 6 ct., 11.5 oz
1 3/4
cups cream cheese, softened
1/2
cup sugar
1
teaspoon lemon juice
1/2
teaspoon salt
2
eggs, well beaten
4
tablespoons Smucker's Red Raspberry Preserves, 12 oz jar

Directions

  • 1 Preheat oven to 375 F.
  • 2 Thaw each strudel in microwave 15-20 seconds. Press into bottom of non-stick 12 ct. muffin pan.
  • 3 Place muffin pan with strudels in freezer to chill while filling is prepared.
  • 4 Soften cream cheese in microwave 30 seconds. Add next 4 ingredients and mix until smooth.
  • 5 Fill chilled strudel cups with cheesecake batter.
  • 6 Bake at 375 F for 15-20 minutes.
  • 7 Top each cake with icing from studels and 1 teaspoon raspberry jam.

These strudel cheesecakes are good warm, room temperature or cold.
