This cobbler was GONE almost immediately after taking it out of the oven. Everyone (even my picky eaters) loved it. I made it the first time by the recipe, and it came out great. Then, I made it a second time doubling the raspberries, and it came out even better. I think next time, I'll double not just the raspberries, but the peaches as well. The con to this recipe: draining the raspberries. It took a LONG time....but I found that if you use a strainer and keep stirring the raspberries around, it goes quicker. All-in-all a great recipe!
