Don't have the fresh raspberries? Use frozen raspberries that are slightly thawed instead. Float a few fresh raspberries on top of each smoothie.

The name alone was very intriging to me. We make smoothies all the time. This one is very unique and is delicious. Banana gives creaminess to the drink. I used only one banana and added some ice. I agree that the banana should not be very ripe, in order to keep the other flavors alive.

The name sounded good, but I HATE using banana in a smoothy and nowhere in the title was banana mentioned. I realize that most people use that fruit for sweetness, not me, I only likw bananas with green tips. The minute they turn yellow, it means banana bread and that is something I am not fond of. I am still on the lookout for a good Raspberry Lemonade smoothy.
