For the filling I use marshmellow fluff and cream cheese. It is very easy. This is one our favorite recipes and do use it often. It is a huge hit with any fresh fruit. The refrigerator cookie dough is a fantastic product.

mscourtce, Philedelphia Cream Cheese has a cheesecake flavor. It comes in a tub, like cool-whip topping. I don't know if it's only available in the US...but I wouldn't think so.

can anyone tell me where to get a container of cheesecake-flavored cream cheese ??? I live in Canada, maybe this product is only available in the U.S.?

I enjoyed this dessert. I might not use the chocolate chips the next time I make it. OR = I might try it with strawberries in place of raspberries, Chocolate chips do not appeal to me with all fruits. The citrus flavor of the orange marmalade was perfect as an undertone to this dessert.
