So simple, yet elegant! My grandson loves blueberiies, so I used blueberry filling and they were delicious!

Somehow raspberries and almonds just make me happy. I made these for a Christmas party and they never even got out of the kitchen; the hostess and her helpers ate them all!! I would flatten the dough more and added more filling next time I make these because there will be a next time.

I made these for a cookout and they were a big hit. I couldn't find the raspberry filling so I used raspberry jam and they came out great!! I also didn't care for the almond extract in the icing so I left that out. Great recipe!!
