We love Cookie Tarts as a base for a favorite fruit Tart. I am in need of trying this one out, I usually prefer using Sugar Cookie Dough for my Bases. I normally get more servings by using a 14" Pizza Pan (aluminum reusable pans-sold at the grocery store). I can fill the entire Pizza Pan with the whole roll of cookie dough. When I get the baked Pie Base cooled, I always use the exact same filling to cover the newest Pie Base. The fruit and chocolate used on this Tart will work equally well upon the newest Base Crust! Always remain faithful to the magic harvested out of any flavor of Pill

This is my ABSOLUTE go-to dessert, and SO easy to make! Since I am allergic to dairy, I use a soy-cream cheese substitute and eliminate the orange juice. Wonderful with either strawberries or raspberries. Be sure to slightly UNDER-COOK the cookie dough crust...so much better when it is a little soft and chewy! Leftovers never last long in our house, though it holds up ok in the frig!
