Made this into a double recipe for company over the Christmas holidays. Used seedless blackberry jam. It was soooo good.

We love this easy cheesecake recipe, although we used melted milk chocolate chips instead of jelly and cooked it the same way - it was spectacular! The crust is delicious, too!

If you like cheescake this is the one. I dont like raspberry jelly at all, but this combination is to die for. And the crust, let me just tell you, you could eat it by itself. I made this for work. It was completely gone in 20 mins. Also i did double the recipe and put it in a 9 x 13 pan and it did fine. I would definitely recommend this, and to top it off you can make it with kids its so simple. Hope you enjoy as much as i did.%0d%0aJennifer from PA

Very easy to make and delicious to eat.
