I made this last year for our Christmas party. Actually I made two, one with raspberry jam and the other with peach/apricot. It was crazy good and there was a huge fuss over the last remants in the pan. The jams didn't seem to unduly influence the guests, they liked them both. I've got requests for a repeat performance this holiday season.

Made this for our company Christmas party. Used ligonberry jam, put 2-3 Tbsp on top before sealing a large brie. Didn't bother with the fresh raspberries. It was gone in about 20 minutes. An easy great recipe. Next time I'm going to try it with chutney.
