Use 1/2 teaspoon almond extract in place of the amaretto.
Other fresh berries can be used to top these tarts. Blackberries, blueberries or even a mixture of seasonal berries are a delicious alternative to the raspberries.
Sprinkle the bottom of the tarts with finely chopped toasted almonds before filling.
Use a fine-mesh sieve to dust the tops of the tarts with powdered sugar.
