My family LOVES this meal. As a working mother, it is great to have something quick and easy to fix on busy nights. My 8 year old loves it and I know she is eating her vegetables!

Meets all my weeknight needs: quick, delicious, kid friendly!! Since I don't like carrots, I substitute 1 cup each of frozen broccoli, cauliflower, and pea pods for the 3 cups of veggie mix. Absolutely wonderful!!

oh my goodness I was all ready to go and get ingredients to make this dish until I read the sodium content. Whoa...nearly a whole days allowance of sodium. Way too much for a serving. Sounds good though.

This was very good! My oldest daughter said I need to make this again and that is huge! I did add both flavor packets from the ramen noodle packages. I also used the powder packets of stir-fry sauce instead of buying pre made sauce.

This was quick & easy. It had a pretty good flavor. However, if you want a more robust flavor, I would suggest using part-all of the other packet of flavoring.

I suggest using ground turkey or chicken in place of ground beef if you are interested in reducing calories. Also instead of using the store stir fry sauce you can take 3 TBSP of low sodium soy-sauce, 1 (10 oz) can of heart healthy Campbell's condensed tomato soup, 1 TBSP white vinegar, 1 TSP garlic powder and 1/4 TSP of crushed red peppers (this only gives it a little spice, it's not hot at all). Mix all those ingredients together in with the meat after browning it and add the frozen veggies. This will not only cut down your calories, but your sodium as well.
