Ramen Noodle Stir-fry

Ingredients

lb. ground beef

(1-lb.) bag frozen broccoli, carrots and water chestnuts
1 3/4 cups water

tablespoons soy sauce

(3-oz.) pkg. beef-flavor ramen noodle soup mix

Directions

  1. 1 Brown ground beef in large skillet over medium-high heat until thoroughly cooked. Drain. Add vegetables, water, soy sauce and 1 flavoring packet from soup mix; mix well. (Discard remaining seasoning packet or reserve for another use.) Bring to a boil. Break noodles in half crosswise; add to mixture in skillet. Return to a boil.
  2. 2 Reduce heat; cover and simmer 5 minutes or until vegetables and noodles are tender, stirring occasionally to separate noodles.
