Heat oven to 375°F. Open dough; separate or cut into 2 long rectangles. Place one rectangle in ungreased 8x8-inch glass baking dish; press over bottom of pan to form crust (if using crescent rolls, press perforations to seal).
Spread dressing over dough; top with turkey, cheese and sauerkraut.
Place remaining crescent rectangle on top of sauerkraut (if using crescent rolls, press perforations to seal).
Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
