Ingredients

package (3 oz) chicken-flavor ramen noodle soup mix

lb chicken breast strips for stir-fry

teaspoons vegetable oil

cup Green Giant Select™ frozen sugar snap peas (from 1-lb bag)

cup baby corn on the cob in water (from 8-oz can), drained

cup sweet-and-sour sauce
2/3
cup water

Directions

  1. 1 In 1-­gallon resealable food-storage plastic bag, place contents of seasoning packet from soup mix. Add chicken; seal bag and shake until well coated.
  2. 2 In 10-inch nonstick skillet or wok, heat oil over medium-­high heat. Add chicken; cook 4 to 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until no longer pink in center. Stir in remaining ingredients. Heat to boiling. Cover; cook 3 minutes.
  3. 3 Uncover skillet; break noodles apart and add to chicken mixture. Return to boiling. Reduce heat to medium; cover and simmer 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
