In 1-gallon resealable food-storage plastic bag, place contents of seasoning packet from soup mix. Add chicken; seal bag and shake until well coated.
In 10-inch nonstick skillet or wok, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 4 to 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until no longer pink in center. Stir in remaining ingredients. Heat to boiling. Cover; cook 3 minutes.
Uncover skillet; break noodles apart and add to chicken mixture. Return to boiling. Reduce heat to medium; cover and simmer 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
