oz uncooked penne pasta

can (14.5 oz) Muir Glen® organic diced tomatoes, any flavor
1/2
cup balsamic vinaigrette
4
oz. fresh mozzarella cheese, diced (1 cup)
Fresh basil for garnish, if desired
DIRECTIONS

Cook pasta as directed on package. Chop basil for garnish, if desired; set aside.

In large bowl, toss pasta, tomatoes, cheese and vinaigrette. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate until serving. Sprinkle with basil just before serving.
