Ingredients

can (8 oz) Pillsbury® refrigerated crescent dinner rolls or 1 can (8 oz) Pillsbury® Crescent Recipe Creations® refrigerated seamless dough sheet
1
package (3 oz) cream cheese, softened
2
tablespoons finely chopped onion
1
teaspoon milk
5
slices bacon, crisply cooked, crumbled
1
tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

  • 1 Heat oven to 375°F.
  • 2 If using crescent rolls: Unroll dough; separate into 4 rectangles. Firmly press perforations to seal. If using dough sheets: Unroll dough; cut into 4 rectangles.
  • 3 In small bowl, mix cream cheese, onion and milk; beat until well blended. Spread about 2 tablespoons cream cheese mixture evenly over each rectangle. Sprinkle each with bacon. Roll up, starting at longest side; pinch edges to seal. Cut each roll into 8 slices. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Sprinkle with cheese.
  • 4 Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm. Store in refrigerator.

I swapped the bacon for sausage and it was a big hit as well!!

These are great - I never make them as a pinwheel but squares and pinch two ends together. If bacon gets boring - it did for me try using Roasted peppers! amazing! my favorites. just make sure to drain them well as they add too much water otherwise.
