Really good and easy too. I used 2 full cans of chicken broth. Will make it again.

Not sure where I went wrong but the rice was not fully cooked in some areas. I followed the directions as it stated what to do, but not sure how it went wrong. Other than that small area to tweak, the food has GREAT flavor!!
