hoagie buns (2 oz each), split

cups shredded lettuce

lb thinly sliced 98%-fat-free cooked chicken breast

large tomato, cut into 8 slices

oz reduced-fat hot pepper cheese, shredded (1/2 cup)

Directions

  1. 1 Spread mayonnaise on cut sides of hoagie buns. Layer remaining ingredients evenly on bottom halves of buns. Top with top halves of buns. Wrap each sandwich securely with foil or plastic wrap; take with you for an on-the-go dinner.
