My husband and I loved this! So good, quick, and easy! The recipe has been passed around to family! I did use the canned whole wheat biscuits though. A little better for you and you can't taste a difference!

Made with one can chicken noodle soup and one can cream of mushroom with milk, added brown chicken pieces, corn and green onion. Was great!

I'd rather use my own soup also, try the recipes on the Swanson Broth or Stock box. They also have low sodium. Very simple, I make it all the time. Dumplings are good on a veggie soup too.

Not sliders like I make, but an excellent and fast way to deliciousness. Enjoyed them very much. Ssshh (Don't tell my Southern friends and family)

Scrumptious!! Had a cup of leftover chicken chunks I threw in as extras. This is delicious. Too much of ANYTHING is not good for you, I'm a Southern Girl and when I indulge and enjoy white breads, NOTHING beats Pillsbury. This is quick, my scratch C&D take two hours. Love it, love it, love it!!

I would suggest using Healthy Starts soup or something comparable to avoid the sodium.
I also would make my own chicken soup and use the biscuits as suggested for dumplings for a healthier meal.
Also want to add, most Doctors say to avoid white breads!

Is there a recipe that tells you how to make the chicken soup. Chicken soup from a prepared can is not going to help if I want to make the soup.

Not really a review as I haven't made it. I am allergic to most canned soups. When I saw this recipe I was really hoping it was a real recipe and not "open a can of soup". So I appreciate the suggestion to make from scratch. In 30 minutes you can easily cook some chicken in broth with seasonings and dumplings. 30 minutes to me really isn't quick.

I dislike using canned soups, too much sodium. You can do the same by simmering some chicken tenders, salt pepper and onions, and a bag of frozen mixed veggies or peas and carrots for 5 min. Then add your biscuits, or use bisquick to make the dumplings and you are done in 25 minutes. Tastes great, is much healthier and you've seasoned it your way.

Made it last night and we both liked it. I ended up adding another can of soup. My husband suggested baking it so the dumplings would be a little more "bread like". I'll try that next time along w/adding in some cooking cream cheese (garlic flavored). A very easy recipe to make for after working all day.
