This was a quick dinner to make. I used green pepper instead of the red and seasoned it up like other people had suggested. Not bad for such an easy meal!

Another winner! I love canned chicken but this is great for leftover chicken too. BTW, canned chicken is great for making chicken salad, just add mayo, seasoning, celery and walnuts and if you are brave, golden raisins. YuM!

My husband and I loved this quick and easy meal. The second time I made this, I added some chopped celery, minced garlic, and fresh parsley and thyme. Both times I used rotisserie chicken as we don't care for chicken in a can.

I added garlic instead of onions and added some curry powder, seasoned salt and seasoned pepper. Yummy!

The trick is seasoning. I used some seasoned salt, paprika, cayenne pepper, and black pepper. I also cooked fresh chicken with the onions and red pepper. No canned meat for us. So delicious!

To those who asked about using canned chicken... that is what I used. I used the large can of Hormel... worked out to be just the 1 1/2 cup needed in the recipe, and it turned out out fine!

This dish was great! I even switched the biscuits for the reduced fat ones, and my husband "who can always tell the difference between full fat and reduced" never even noticed. He said it's definitely a make-again. I highly recommend this for someone who's looking for something quick and easy, and sure to be a total family pleaser!

Great recipe, I used 2 cans of Cream of Chicken soup instead of the progresso cream of mushroom and added to cans of fat free milk in place of water for soup and put carrots in the recipe also, it was really good! My family just got done eating this for dinner. Was completely devoured! This will be a keeper in our home!
