Quick Beef Tips and Vegetables

An Asian dinner in 15 minutes is possible with beef cubes, frozen veggies, bottled stir-fry sauce and instant rice.

Ingredients

lb beef boneless sirloin tip steak, cut into 1/2-inch cubes

bag (12 oz) Green Giant™ Steamers™ frozen Asian style medley

teaspoons water

tablespoon stir-fry sauce with garlic and ginger
1/2
cup uncooked instant white rice
1/2
cup water
  • 1 Heat 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook beef in skillet about 2 minutes, stirring frequently, until brown. Stir in vegetables and 2 teaspoons water. Cook 1 minute, stirring frequently.
  • 2 Stir in stir-fry sauce until well mixed; reduce heat to medium. Cover and cook 2 to 3 minutes, stirring frequently, until vegetables are crisp-tender.
  • 3 Meanwhile, cook rice in water as directed on package. Serve beef mixture over rice.
