Just Curious! Is there anyway of making this cake surgar-free or with alot less sugar Husband is a diabetic, but this cake sounds amazing!!!

The cake is moist and tasty, but my guests all commented that the truffle center was too rich (it also added an exorbitant amount of calories to the cake). Now the icing - genius! The icing is too good for words, and I will be sure to use it on future Bundt cake and quick bread recipes. If I make this again, I'll be skipping the truffle center.
