These are one of my favorite muffins to bake! Everyone who tries them LOVES them, and wants the recipe. I've made them for work a bunch and they are always a big hit. My secret ingredient is love...and it always works for me!

The best part of this muffin was the streusel topping. My cream cheese melted, but the whole muffin was overall very bland. Needs more sugar? I would not make it again.

the cream cheese did not melt. when it reheated it melted but did not look or taste appetizing. would not make these again
