Pumpkin Snack Bars

Pumpkin bread mix and frosting come together in this bar to create a mouth-watering dessert - perfect to serve a bunch.

(14-oz.) pkgs. pumpkin quick bread mix

cups oil

teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

eggs

(15-oz.) can pumpkin

Frosting

cups powdered sugar
1/3
cup margarine or butter, softened

(3-oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1
tablespoon milk
1
teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 15x10x1-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. In large bowl, combine all bar ingredients; stir 50 to 75 strokes until dry mix is moistened. Spread batter evenly in greased pan.
  • 2 Bake at 350°F. for 25 to 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 45 minutes or until completely cooled.
  • 3 In small bowl, combine all frosting ingredients; beat until smooth. Spread over cooled bars. Decorate as desired. Store in refrigerator.
