Wow! This is so easy and delicious! My son loves pumpkin muffins,cookies,etc. I have made this cake twice this year and I am making it tonight for Thanksgiving! So much better than pumpkin pie! I do make the frosting but use :1 box powder sugar,1 soften stick of butter, 1 package soften cream cheese and 1 tsp vanilla and cream with mixer. Make sure you place cake in the fridge because of the frosting! Also, is excellent for breakfest with coffee or hot cocoa!
