I made these last night for my family and they were delicious! Only thing was I didn't have any of the caramel sauce on hand so I used maple syrup. If I were to make them for a party or something, I'd be sure to get the caramel. Still so good!

This was a HIT at my job. I usually do NOT eat pumpkin but I love to bake. So I made it and it turned out great. The only thing that was diffrent was the look. But that was probably all my doing! #Twothumbsup

I had high expectations for these, but I was really disappointed with them. Right out of the oven when they're still warm, they are really good... But the minute they cool, they really lose all taste. I taste-tested a few right after I baked them, and I was excited to serve them a few hours later after my family's Thanksgiving dinner. I bragged about them being the big million dollar winner. When we all tried them our reaction was the same...bland, tasteless, good but not great, etc. They look beautiful when all the toppings are on them, but the taste leaves a lot to be desired. They're also

These are AMAZING. I've saved this recipe for months to make for the Fall season. I wanted something "Fall-ish," and these were PERFECT. The filling is just oh-so-yummy and the salted caramel whipped cream...I'm just at a loss for words. ;) Definitely making these for Thanksgiving for the relatives!!! PLEASE TRY THESE!!!!

Congratulations on creating a great recipe. I am studying this recipe to try to make a gluten free version since it sounds fabulous.
