I made this last night. Everyone loved it! I didn't have any nutmeg on hand so I just added a little bit of extra cinnamon and it still tasted great. I grew up without nutmeg anyways because my mom is allergic so I didn't miss it at all.

OMG! This was so easy. I baked it about 20 minutes and it was golden brown. I thought i could have been cooked a little bit more so the filling was just done more. But the dough looked like it might get to brown and i didnt want to dry it up. Very tasty. Dad had 3 pieces at once. Will definitely make again. Pretty enough to give as a gift. People will think you spent hours in the kitchen .

I needed a FAST thing to take to my daughter's in-laws for Thanksgiving. This recipe did the trick! I did cheat a bit by using canned "pumpkin pie mix" and left out the sugar and spices. I let it drain out in a cheese cloth for a few minutes as it was quite fluid. It went together in no time and came out WONDERFUL! I'll let you know how everyone liked it...we are leaving in 30 min. Happy Thanksgiving!

Very good, very easy. Hubby is fond of raisins so I'll add them next time. I won't use as much filling and I'll toast the pecans (or slivered almonds) before adding them to the filling mixture. All in all it's a wonderful recipe.

We made two at one time and they did not last 10 minutes with my family. Everybody loved it. Very easy to make. Only suggestion is to use less of the pumpkin/pecan filling mixture. I found that there was too much filling so on the second one, I used 1/2 the amount of filling, and it was much better. Great Recipe - It looked professionally made when I was done.

I love the recipe and so did my grandson who helped me make it for a morning surprise for his parents. I've also used the same idea for a taco favored snack and it worked great. Keep up the great work Pillsbury.

What a great medley of spices! The filling to crust ratio was perfect. This was so easy to make - the whole thing came together in a matter of minutes and my 3 year old had fun mixing the filling. I doubled the recipe and used 1 whole egg instead of 2 egg yolks. I also skipped brushing the top with egg white and it turned out golden brown and beautiful all the same.
