I was going thru the recipes and this one really caught my eye! They look YUMMMMMMY!!! Pumpkin Butter? CAN'T find it in the stores. Thinking canned pumpkin mixed with softened butter? Going to wing the ratio. If any of you have made these PLEASE submit a review, I live in Florida, we have Publix and Winn Dixie as our main grocery stores. If you figured out the Pumpkin Butter I would appreciate reading about it. Curious if you did make them, would you make them again? Thank you very much...
