Heat oven to 350°F. Grease bottom only of 8x4 or 9x5-inch loaf pan. In large bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, baking soda, salt, baking powder, ginger, cinnamon and allspice; mix well. Add all remaining bread ingredients; beat with electric mixer at low speed until smooth. Pour into greased pan.
Bake at 350°F. until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. For 8x4-inch pan, bake 50 to 60 minutes; for 9x5-inch pan, bake 45 to 55 minutes. Cool in pan for 10 minutes. Remove loaf from pan; place on wire rack. Cool 1 hour or until completely cooled.
In small bowl, blend powdered sugar, vanilla and enough milk for desired glaze consistency. Spoon glaze over cooled loaf.
