package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1/2
cup canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)
1/4
cup packed brown sugar

tablespoon chopped crystallized ginger
1
teaspoon grated orange peel
Additional grated orange peel, if desired
Additional chopped crystallized ginger, if desired

Directions

  1. 1 In food processor, place cream cheese, pumpkin, brown sugar, 1 tablespoon ginger and 1 teaspoon orange peel. Cover; process 1 minute or until smooth.
  2. 2 Spoon dip into serving dish. Cover; refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving. Garnish with additional orange peel and ginger.
