I used this recipe and will use it again from now out. Such a delicious pumpkin flavor with the cheesecake flavor. The caramel sauce just brings out the spice in the cake ever so more. Everyone at my Thanksgiving dinner had a slice and was really impressed how it tasted and turned out. Became an instant hit.

Wonderful! Very easy to make. Came out beautiful, sliced smooth, perfect. The sauce was a bit strong, but offered a whole new flavor when used. I do recommend this be started first thing the evening before due to the additional time it takes baking/cooling before storing in the refrigerator (get it done and over with).

Very good and not hard to make. My finished product looked like the picture and was delicious. I didn't really care much for the sauce, so just at it without.

A hit at my Thanksgiving feast. 5 days after i served this I was still receiving phone calls and emails complimenting and requesting this recipe. Do not let the setting time discourage you.

Delicious. The crust was crumbly, would use a gingersnap crust next time. Running a spatula around the edge of the pan was not good, pulled pieces off the edge. As it cooled, I just gently pulled the edge away from the pan. That method worked beautifully. Made a beautiful presentation, but layers not quite as large as the photo.

Great recipe easy to make. Although it is a little time consuming, well worth the wait. Great taste and a really good dessert for those festive occasions.

The rum sauce is to die for! I LOVE Chai and Pumpkin. Only thing I;ll try differently is making it as a marbled cheesecake.
